Linkjoy Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the online entertainment platform operated by linkjoy ("Company", "we", "us"). The platform is accessible via the website linkjoy.vu and our official mobile app.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and linkjoy. These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and linkjoy.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon notification through our platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use linkjoy's services. Registration by any individual under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and freezing of all associated funds.

2.2 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and current information, including:

• Full name as stated on a valid identification document
• Exact date of birth
• An active email address that belongs to you
• Mobile phone number registered in your name
• Other information requested during the registration or KYC process

2.3 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) account at linkjoy. Owning more than one account — whether under your own name, another person's name, or false information — is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being closed and funds frozen without prior notice.

2.4 KYC Verification

To process a withdrawal, or when requested by us, you are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by submitting a valid proof of identity such as your MyKad or passport. This is a standard security measure that protects your interests as a player.

3 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or another party
• Keeping your account information up to date and accurate at all times
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection

Linkjoy will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your security information. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction
• Maximum daily deposit: Subject to limits set according to your account tier
• Accepted deposit methods: Malaysian online banking, e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform
• Deposits must use a payment method registered in your own name — third-party transfers are not accepted

4.2 Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction
• Withdrawals are processed automatically in less than 5 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC
• No withdrawal fees are charged by linkjoy
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or wallet used for the deposit method

4.3 Funds Verification

Linkjoy reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for any suspicious deposit or any deposit exceeding a specified amount, as part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. This is a standard procedure that protects the integrity of the platform and all its users.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by linkjoy are subject to the specified wagering requirements. These wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds or wins generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Usage Policy

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotional terms
• Linkjoy reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time
• Abuse of the bonus system will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure

5.3 Welcome Bonus

The Welcome Bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Accounts found to have previously registered using different information are not eligible for this bonus. Wagering requirements and full terms for each promotion are stated on their respective promotion pages.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the linkjoy platform use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The outcome of every game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is strong evidence of a verifiable technical error.

• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, any affected bets will be voided and the wagered amount will be fully refunded
• In the event of a discrepancy between the mobile and desktop versions of a game, the server version shall be the definitive reference
• Linkjoy is not responsible for game interruptions caused by a player's internet connection or faulty equipment
• Wins generated from games with known software errors or intentionally exploited bugs are void

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the linkjoy platform:

• Registering more than one account or using false or third-party information
• Funding your account using a third-party payment method
• Using automated software, bots, or any hacking methods to play or interact with the platform
• Abusing or exploiting bonuses through unfair methods such as hedge betting (arbitrage)
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing others to use your account
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Abusing or harassing other players or our support staff
• Using a VPN or location masking methods to access the platform from a restricted region

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, freezing of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

8 Account Closure & Restriction

8.1 Closure by linkjoy

Linkjoy reserves the right to close, restrict, or suspend any account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or suspicious conduct.

For accounts closed due to a violation, linkjoy reserves the right to retain all or part of the account balance depending on the severity of the violation and losses incurred by the platform.

8.2 Closure by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting the linkjoy customer support team. Prior to closure, any valid cash balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to any outstanding conditions.

9 Limitation of Liability

Linkjoy shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform
• Platform disruptions or unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, unforeseen events, or factors beyond our control
• Losses arising from game decisions made by the player
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided by third parties

Linkjoy's total liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Linkjoy is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data is managed in accordance with Privacy Policy which forms part of this agreement.

By registering, you consent to us processing your personal data for platform operations, identity verification, legal compliance, and service communications. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

Linkjoy takes problem gambling seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming habits:

• Loss Limit — The maximum total loss permitted within a specified period
